Our Policy:
We won't tell anybody what you bought and
how much you spent on it.
Our Real Policy:
We respect the privacy of all our customers. Not only via phone,
but also via email, snail mail, and any other form of communication. We don't like uninvited phone calls
or junk email or things that waste time any more than anyone else. Phone numbers are requested
in account creation, and would only be used if absolutely necessary. Email is our primary form
of communication. Some personal information may be requested by the shopping cart software.
This information is not used except in the process of filling orders, etc.
Credit Card information is not stored on the server. This is for everyone's
protection. Any information that is retained by this site will remain here, will not be
sold, and will not be distributed. Other critical information, such as passwords, will also be encrypted
and will not be visible to us or anybody else.
Newsletters, Product Updates:
This site offers the option of newsletters
and product updates. If ever one should be written, it won't be sent to those who do not
actually request it.
The only thing that may be sent out via email would be coupons for discounts to existing or
new customers, or order clarification questions or status updates. |
