Take shortened extended rails from a wide table kit and attach these hinges and you can have a folding wide table. The hinges attach securely with included stainless screws and T-Nuts, and have no slop or play in the hinge joint.
Long rail extensions (full-length) can't fully fold under a standard BT3 setup, as the rail is longer that the height of the saw (unless your saw is on a specially made higher stand). Full-length rails can be cut in half and two sets of hinges used to make a compound folding table. Use folding table legs or a solid straight bar of aluminum or steel at the joint to lock the table in the "up" position.

These are sold in sets of two hinges. Hinge set includes four stainless screws and matching T-Nuts for front and rear rails.

The newest version of this hinge is roughly 30% longer than the previous version, providing more attachment surface area and more adjustability for off-center mounting.
