Our Policy is to ship your items as quickly as
possible after the submission and processing of your order. We usually have items out for
delivery within 2 days of order placement, most often next day, and in some cases on the same day the
order is placed. Orders for items that are not fully stocked or backordered will be shipped
as soon as the items arrive. Most low-stock items arrive into stock on 4-5 day intervals, so
those items usually ship out and arrive within 10 days of order placement. Orders with partial
backorder quantities may be shipped in two sets, the initial shipment being the on-hand items.
There may be slight delays in processing orders and shipping due to Holidays or extended
weekends. Should there be a time when processing or shipping will be delayed for extended
periods, due to vacations or other long-term events, this information will be posted on the site in a
prominant location in advance of the date, if possible.
We ship the majority of items via USPS Priority or First Class
for smaller packages. The average Domestic delivery occurs within 1-5 days depending on
the distance. Some packages may take longer than 5 days, it all depends on the Post Office.
Most customers report back within 3-4 days that their items have arrived. We can
also ship via Federal Express and UPS, however these are normally reserved for larger packages or are
available at the customer's request. Between Fedex Ground and UPS Ground, Fedex is usually
the fastest and most reliable, not to mention the least expensive! We use the best method for
the least expense to keep the prices as low as possible.
We do not by default apply insurance to USPS shipments,
however we may choose to do so for certain destinations or packages. Once the items have left our control
and are in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or damage by the shipper.
If you would like insurance on the shipment, please indicate this during the ordering process.
There may be additional costs involved via USPS; Fedex and UPS are usually insured by default
Customers may cancel their order at any time up to the point of product
shipment. An email is sent when the product is processed to ship, and if the cancellation is
submitted before this email is sent, the order and shipping process will be cancelled together.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the items purchased,
please contact us first to allow for a mutually agreeable resolution. If a refund is requested,
a full refund will be made upon return of the items. This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of
purchase. If requesting a refund, please be sure that your items are returned and we are notified of your
request within the 30-day limit.
The customer is responsible for returning the items for refund via whatever carrier the
customer chooses. We will not be reponsible for the costs involved in return shipments, however we may
(at our discretion) refund all original shipping costs incurred at time of purchase.
Payment by Credit Card: Credit Card payments will be
refunded back to the same card account within the 30-day limit.
Payments by Check, Money Order, or E-Check: Refunds will either be by reversal of charges
or paid back in same (by Check or Money Order), or by any other available means.
Payments by PayPal: Payments by PayPal will be reversed within the 30-day limit or within
the timeframe allowed by PayPal should their policy differ from that stated here.
Payment by Cash: Cash Payment refunds may be made by Cash, Check or Money Order.
